It is the policy of Byford Family Practice to maintain security of your personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff members. Electronic Communication Policy
Patient information will only be sent via e-mail if it is securely encrypted according to industry standards, practice policy and where the patient has consented to this mode of direct communication.
Receiving and Returning Telephone Calls Policy
All incoming calls are kept confidential. All messages are sent via our medical software to our Doctors, Nurses and Staff members. This allows a complete security of the message and will allow a quick response for our patients.
