Your medical records are a confidential document. It is the policy of Forest Lakes Medical Centre to maintain security of your personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff members. Receiving and Returning Telephone Calls Policy
All incoming calls are kept confidential. All messages are sent via our medical software to our Doctors, Nurses and Staff members. This allows a complete security of the message and will allow a quick response for our patients. Telehealth consults can only be made by permission of the Doctor.
Telehealth Phone Calls Policy
Telehealth consults can only be made if a patient is a current patient at the practice and permission has been made by the Doctor
