Dr Hamza Amira graduated in Egypt in 1982 and moved to Perth in 1983. He established Forest Lakes Medical Centre in 1991.Interests include Women’s Health and Antenatal Care, Child Health, Adult General Medicine, Mental Health, Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident, treatment and rehabilitation, as well as sport and industrial medicine and rehabilitation. Dr Jenny Smith is a graduate of UWA and has been a GP at Forest Lakes Medical Centre since 2003. She covers all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in women’s and children’s health. Dr Smith is also very involved in the education of medical students and GP registrars.
When not working, she is busy raising four children.

Originally from India, Gopal finished medical school in 2002, working in tertiary hospitals in South India and the UK before coming to Perth in 2006.
He gained his experience in various specialties in all referral hospitals in Perth, including many years in Emergency Medicine.
He moved to the specialist area of general practice in order to spend more time with his family.

Dr Hollie Speake completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Australia in 2007, followed by Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery in 2013 at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle. She then completed her Internship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
Dr Speake completed a Masters of Public Health through Curtin University and worked as a Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame.
Following this she completed a Clinical Diploma in Pallitive Medicine prior to commencing General Practice Training.

Dr Jayne Schoppe completed a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Secondary Education at UWA before completing her Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at Notre Dame Fremantle in 2013.
She completed her Internship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and has also worked at Osborne Park Hospital, Joondalup Health Campus and St John of God Hospital in Midland. She has also worked at the Aboriginal Medical Centre (Bega) and on the Children’s Ward Kalgoorlie.
Dr Schoppe spent the last 4.5 years working at Princess Margaret Hospital/Perth Children’s Hospital and started her Paediatric training before making the decision to change to General Practice. She has also completed a Diploma of Child Health and worked in Neonates at King Edward Memorial Hospital.
Dr Schoppe has an interest in all areas of General Practice, particularly Women’s and Children’s Health and Preventative Health Care.

The Covid 19 Vaccination Roll Out Program is located next door and is the back building on the second floor. Access can be made via the lift or stairs.
