Making a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concerns with us as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly, respectfully, and promptly.
Our complaints process includes:
- Acknowledging your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reviewing the matter thoroughly and confidentially.
- Discussing the issue with relevant staff members where appropriate.
- Providing you with a response and, where necessary, outlining any actions taken to improve our services.
Patients can make complaints without fear that it will affect their access to care or treatment.
Confidentiality
All feedback and complaints are handled in confidence and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of investigating and responding to your feedback or complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our response
We encourage patients to first discuss concerns directly with our practice. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant health complaints authority in your state or territory.
